About Us

Since 2015, Kweetsa has been providing safe, modern, and fully equipped student residences

in Vanderbijlpark, Johannesburg South. Strategically located near North-West University’s Vaal Campus (NWU-Vaal) and Vaal University of Technology (VUT), our residences are the first choice for discerning students looking for comfort, convenience, and security.

Our Accommodation

We currently operate three NSFAS-accredited residences:

2022
Blue Crane Residence (Females Only)

  • A modern two-storey building with 6 self-contained units. Each unit accommodates 4 students.

    Inside each room:

    • Single bed & mattress

    • Bedside table

    • Built-in cupboard (ample hanging & storage space)

    • Separate cupboard for dry groceries

    • Study desk & chair

    • Bookshelf & pin board

    • Rug & rubbish bin

    • Wall-mounted heater

    • Shared in each unit:

      • Kitchenette (cupboards, 4-plate stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle)

      • Small lounge with DStv, dining table & chairs

      • Ablution facilities (2 showers, hand basin with mirror, separate toilet with basin)

      Lifestyle extras: Chill room, laundry facilities, 24/7 security, back-up generator & water, uncapped Wi-Fi, and cleaning of common areas.

Villa On Point Residence

A spacious two-storey building designed for both male and female students (separate floors).

Inside each room:

  • Single bed & mattress

  • Built-in cupboard (ample hanging & storage space)

  • Study desk & chair

  • Bookshelf & pin board

  • Rug & rubbish bin

  • Wall-mounted heater

Shared on each floor:

  • Fully equipped kitchen (cupboards, 6-plate stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, bread bin, DStv, breakfast nook & chairs)

  • Bathrooms (2 bathrooms per floor, each with 2 showers & hand basins)

Lifestyle extras: Mini gym, laundry facilities, 24/7 security, back-up generator & water, uncapped Wi-Fi, and cleaning of common areas.

Villa DéJà Vu Residence

A cozy single-storey building divided into 2 units (1 unit for 4 students, 1 unit for 6 students).

Inside each room:

  • Single bed & mattress

  • Built-in cupboard (ample hanging & storage space)

  • Study desk & chair

  • Bookshelf & pin board

  • Rug & rubbish bin

  • Wall-mounted heater

Shared in each unit:

  • Fully equipped kitchen (cupboards, 4-plate stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, bread bin, DStv, breakfast nook & chairs)

  • Bathroom (2 showers & hand basins per unit)
